Curried Pork Bites

2 Tbsp garam masala (or curry powder)1 green onion, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated1 Tbsp olive oil1/8 tsp crushed red pepper1# pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt2 Tbsp fresh snipped cilantro
1. Combine garam masala, onion, garlic, ginger, olive oil and red pepper in a gallon ziploc bag. Add pork and shakes bag, coating pork well. Refridgerate 1 hour to overnight.
2. Thread meat onto 6 bamboo (or metal) skewers. Grill for 12-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
3. While pork is grilling, mix yogurt and cilantro together, cover and chill.
4. Sever with yogurt sauce.
