Choc-peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter1 cup your preferred granular sweetner (I used splenda)Egg replacer for 1 egg (I use Orgran No-Egg)50g dark chocolate choc-chips
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Divide into teaspoon sized balls and press down onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 180 Celcius for 15-17 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 30 cookies of 1-inch diameter
