Lori's Moist Low Carb Atkins Isopure Pancakes 2

1 cup atkins bake mix2 scoops isopure zero carb whey protein powder banana flavor1 packet splenda2 teaspoons baking powder1 egg, whole raw large1/2 cup heavy cream, liquid1 cup water
put dry ingredients in bowl while heating up griddle. add wet ingredients and mix with wire whisk until just blended. batter will be thick. butter griddle [butter not included in calorie count here]. drop by spoonfuls [about a quarter cup or less each] onto griddle. Turn when done on one side. transfer to plate/dish until ready to serve. Serve with bacon and fruit for a complete meal. Use topping of choice such as maple syrup or sugar free syrup, etc.
Calorie count is 1 pancake per serving.
