Blueberyy-Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 cup blueberries, frozen1/4 cup peeled and sliced avocado, frozen1 tbsp chia or ground flaxseedswater to desired consistency1 serving whey protein powder (vanilla)
Directions
Place all ingredients except the protein powder in a blender, add the desired amount of water, and blend at high speed until smooth. Then add the protein powder and lightly blend it in to stir it into your drink.
