Asparagus Omelet with Cheese

Ingredients
6 egg whites (or 3/4 egg substitute)1 oz. shredded low-fat cheddar cheese1 c. frozen pearl onions1 1/4 c. chopped tomatoes1/4 c. rinsed and chopped kidney beans1 c. chopped asparagus spears1 1/3 tsp. olive oil, divided1 tsp. minced garlic1/8 tsp. celery salt1/8 tsp. lemon herb seasoning1/8 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar1/8 tsp. Worcestershire saucesalt and pepper to tast
Directions
In a medium nonstick saute' pan, heat 2/3 tsp. olive oil. Saute' onion, tomato, beans, asparagus, and seasonings for 5-7 minutes. Heat remaining oil in second saute' pan. Pour in egg substitute, spread around pan, and lightly season with salt and pepper. When set, spoon mixture onto half of omelette. Fold over and remove to serving plate. Top with cheese and serve.
