Marinara Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless pork chops3 tbsp. vegetable oil1/4 cup floursalt, pepper, etc. 1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup chopped onions 2 cups baby spinach1 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
Mix flour, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like.
Dredge pork chops in flour mixture and brown on each side in vegetable oil. Place chops in greased baking dish. Saute onions and baby spinach in remaining oil, add Ragu sauce. Mix well and pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with cheese and bake uncovered for an additional 5--10 minutes
