Veggie Tomato Saucce

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic minced, 1/4 choppd onion, 1 small green pepper cut into 1/2" strips, 1/3 yellow squash diced, 1 oz red wine, 1 Tbsp Splenda, 1 can water, 1 can Hunt's tomato paste
Directions
put oil in pan on med heat, add garlic and onion and saute until translucent, add green pepper and yellow squash. Add water as needed to keep pan moist. Saute for 5 min. Add 1 can tomato paste, 1 can water, 2 oz red wine and 1 Tbsp Splenda. Mix until paste dissolves and sauce thickens. Put on low heat and cover for 5 min. Serve over favorite pasta, ravioli or grains.
