1 can black beans1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with lime and cilantro1/2 package Bird's eye Sweet Kernel Corn (about 1.5 cups)1 stalk celery thinly sliced1/4 yellow/red/green pepper in small dice1/4 cup onion in small dice1 TB olive oil (can be omitted to reduce calories/fat)1 tsp cumin (or to taste)1 tsp chili powder (or to taste)1/3 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
Directions
Mix ingredients and refrigerate.
