Ingredients
* Green lentils, 100 grams * Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped * Garlic, 2 clove * Sunflower Oil, 2 tbsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * All kinds of seasonings (dried vegetable seasonings) * Salt
Directions
NOTE: Choose green lentils for this recipe! Red lentils tend to turn to puree while boiling, while green lentils stay firmer.

First, soak the lentils in water for 2 hours or so or during the night. Then, boil them in enough water (about 1 liter) until they are done (they soften enough to be mashed).

In the meantime, saute half the onion in 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, until the onion bits start to look translucent.

Place the rest of the onion, the garlic and all the other ingredients in a blender bowl and add the sauteed onion.

Rinse the lentils, wash with cold water while rinsing until they get cold enough and add them to the blender bowl. Start the blender and turn it off when the mixture is creamy and brownish, just like liver pâté. If the mixture climbs on the blender walls, just stop the blender and scrap it off with a spoon and start again until done.
