Durkan Turkey Breast Steak With Ham

Ingredients
Garlic power : to tasteHam: 2-3 slicesTurkety Breast:: 2
Directions
1: You can either get already sliced turkey breast fillets or slice a regular turkey breast into flat thin pieces.
2. Cover the meat withgarlic powder, oregano. you can add other spices if you wish.
3.Cut the ham slices into squares so that they are ready to be fried later.
4. Add a couple of drops of light oil to a frying pam.Wipe off the oil with a sheet of paper towel or use Pam.
5.Heat up the pan and fry on high heat.
6. Once yuou turn the meat to the other side for a more succulet meat cover the pan until turkey is almost done. Take the lid off and brown.
7. When the turkey is done add the the ham using the turkey steak juices to fry.
