Berry Parfait

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries- 3/4 cup reduced fat cottage cheese- 1/2 cup multi-grain cereal flakes
Directions
1. Defrost berries in microwave until soft.
2. Layer cottage cheese on bottom of small bowl.
3. Add layer of berries on top of cheese.
4. Sprinkle cereal flakes on top.
5. (Optional) Mix everything together.
6. Enjoy!

- I use frozen mixed berries, though you can use just plain frozen raspberries, blueberries, etc.

- You can heat the berries further until they are hot. Then it tastes like ice cream with hot berry sauce!
