2 LBS GROUND TURKEY1 LARGE CAN STEWED TOMATOES1 LARGE CAN RED KIDNEY BEANS1 LARGE CAN TOMATO SAUCE1 CUP DICED ONIONS1 CUP DICED CELERY3 CLOVES OF GARLIC (OPTNL)4 TBSP CHILI POWDER6 OZ WHEAT ELBOW NOODLES
Directions
IN A POT SAUTE ONION, GARLIC AND CELERY, AFTER A MINUTE ADD GROUND TURKEY. COOK UNTIL DONE. ADD TOMATOES, SAUCE AND BEANS. MEANWHILE IN A SEPERATE POT COOK PASTA. LET TOMATO MEAT MIXTURE SIMMER ABOUT 30 MIN, ADD CHILI POWDER AND PASTA. MAKES ABOUT 10 1.5 CUP SERVINGS
