Chili powder, 0.50 tsp (remove) Paprika, 0.50 tsp (remove) Pepper, black, 0.50 tsp (remove) Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove) Canola Oil, 1.40 tbsp (remove) Flour, white, 0.50 cup (remove) Light Silk Soy Milk Plain, 0.25 cup (remove) Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 8 oz (remove)
To prepare chicken, pour milk in a shallow dish. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients (through salt) in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in milk, and dredge chicken in flour mixture.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan. Set aside.
