Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients
2 Cups Sifted Flour2 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2/3 Cup light margarine1/2 Cup Splenda for Baking2/3 Cup brown sugar1 Egg1 tsp vanilla extract1 Cup mashed ripe banana1 Cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder & salt into medium bowl, set aside. Cream margarine, splenda & brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg. Blend in bananas and then flour mix. Stir in chips. Spread in greased & floured 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Try to let it cool before cutting into 24 pieces.
Can lighten further with Splenda brown sugar, Egg Beaters, and fewer chocolate chips.
