Hot Chocolate (homemade)

Ingredients
16 oz box of non fat dry milk, 1 C sugar (or Splenda), 3/4 C cocoa.
Directions
Sift ingredients together at least three times. Store mixture in a tightly sealed contain and store in a cool place. Use a couple of heaping tablespoons to a cup of hot water.
