chicken stirfry with white rice

Ingredients
Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 9.28 ounces White Rice, long grain, 4 cup *Snap peas, 3 cup *Summer Squash, 1 large *Fresh Zuchinni and/or Squash, 3 cup *kikkomon stirfry sauce, 19 tbsp (ONE BOTTLE)Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
CHICKEN
cook chicken in canola oil in a fry pan or skillet for about 5 minutes
add veggies mix together and cook till veggies are tender
drain off excess oil/water (cooks out of chicken)
stir in stirfry sauce - will warm quickly on food
RICE
cook according to package

place one cup of rice on plate- top with desired anout of stirfry about 1-2 cups
