Southern Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
5 c diced potatoes1 small white onion3/4 c Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing1/8 c French's Yellow Mustard1 c Pickle Relish1/4 c Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1 tsp. Celery seed1 tsp. Paprika1 tsp. Dill weed, driedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Wash and dice potatoes. Bring to a boil on the stove, then reduced to medium-high heat. Cook until tender enough to be pierced with a fork.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine all other ingredients except onion.

Once potatoes are done let them rest 15 minutes. Once cool add potatoes and onion to the dressing mixture. Coat well. Let chill over night.
