Parmesan Spinach Bake

Ingredients
Frozen spinach2% cottage cheese1 large egg6 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheesesalt, pepper, herbs to taste.
Directions
Cook frozen spinach in a covered dish for 6 mins on high. Let sit for 4 mins before opening.

Stir in cottage cheese and 4 teaspoons of parmesan cheese. Mix well and add seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, garlic, etc).

Add egg and stir again.

Sprinkle remaining parmesan on top.

Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
