Bacon Pierogi Bake

10 frozen potato and onion pierogies3 center cut bacon slices, chopped3 garlic cloves, minced4 ounces 1/3-less fat cream cheese1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/3 cup sliced green onions1/3 cup chopped seeded tomato
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Arrange pierogies in glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cook bacon in saucepan over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pan. Add garlic to bacon drippings and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add cream cheese to pan and cook for 1 minute or until cream cheese begins to melt, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth to pan, stirring with whisk until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture over pierogies.
Top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and thoroughly heated. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with bacon, green onions, and tomato. Serve immediately.
