Gluten-Free Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

2.25 cups ground buckwheat1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 cup butter1 cup brown sugar, unpacked2 large eggs1 Tbsp vanilla extract1 Tbsp cinnamon1 package Nestle dark chocolate & mint morsels** This is just what I had on hand, you can use whatever type of chips you prefer
Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Slowly add dry ingredients into butter mixture.
Add chips.
Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
Serving Size:�Makes 2 dozen cookies.
