Ingredients
6 cans sweet corn 12 fresh roman tomatoes, chopped4 cucumbers, chopped4 green onions, sliced2 green pepper, chopped and seeded 2 jalapeni, seeded and chopped7 tbsp balsamic vinegar5 tbsp EVOO 4-6 tbsp pesto
Directions
Put all ingredents in a large bowl and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill at least 2 hours. Bring to room temperature to serve.
