Kabee's Sweet and Sour Chicken

12 Chicken Breast, no skin/no bone - 4-5 ounces eachSoy Sauce - Low Sodium - 3 tbspSweet&Sour Sauce - Kraft - 12 oz jarCoconut, sweetened, 2 cupWater - 1 cupSesame Seed - Roasted - 1 tbsp Onions - 1 medium, slicedBellpepper - 2 large, slicedsalt/pepper to taste
Layer chicken in extra large baking dish or roasting pan. Mix the soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, coconut and water in medium bowl. Slowly pour mixture over chicken making sure each piece is covered with sauce. Sprinkle sesame seed lightly over the chicken. Roast in 200 degree oven for about 2 hours or until chicken is done. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Slice onion and bellpepper. Slice chicken pieces. Place all back in oven for an additional 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with wild brown rice or tofu pasta (not included in nutritional info).
