Sesame Ginger Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients
2 pounds baby bok choy - stems removed.25 cups sesame oil3 Tbsp tamari2 tsp minced garlic2 tsp minced ginger, peeled1 tsp black pepper, to taste2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds, optional
Directions
Wash baby bok choy and remove stem pieces, set aside.
Add sesame oil to sauce pan and heat until shimmery.
Add garlic and ginger, heat until aromatic.
Add the baby bok choy and toss until wilted.
Drizzle the tamari and season with pepper, as desired.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
