Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
17.5 oz beef top sirloin, cubed2 carrots, sliced2 broccoli stalks, chopped.75 c onion, chopped.25 c green onion, chopped1 tbsp vegetable oil2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp minced garlic3 tsp worcester sauce1 egg
Directions
Heat oil in large frying pan, add sirloin and brown. Remove sirloin, set aside, and drain liquid from pan (don't rinse). Return pan to heat and scramble egg. Add all vegetables, sauces, sesame seeds, and garlic. Heat and stir occasionally until vegetables reach desired tenderness. Serve over brown rice.
