Mock Chocolate Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients
1 - 8 ounces of Fat Free Cream Cheese1 - 8 ounces of Fat Free Cool Whip1 - 1 ounce of Jello Sugar Free, Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix1 cup of Vanilla Flavored Liquid Creamer1/4 cup Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips4 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder30 Reduced fat or fat free Vanilla Wafers
Directions
1 - Beat the cream cheese until smooth and then add the creamer.
2 - Add jello mix and beat together until smooth.
3 - Fold in Cool Whip.
4 - Measure out half of the mixture and set aside.
5 - Mix the remaining batter with cocoa powder.
6 - Assembly. Scoop Approximately 1 tablespoon of chocolate mixture into 30 mini cupcake liners. Sprinkle each with a few mini chocolate chips. Top each with approximately 1 tablespoon of set aside cheesecake mix.
Place 1 vanilla wafer on each and allow to set in freezer until ready to serve.
7 - Serve. Unwrap and place on plate with wafer side down.

Optional - Top with cool whip, sugar free chocolate syrup, and a few more mini chocolate chips (not calculated in Nutritional Information.)
