Mel's potato salad

Ingredients
- 2.5lb potatoes, peeled diced and boiled (approx 5 medium)- 4 large eggs, hard boiled- 1/2 cup Best Foods mayo- 4 tsp French's yellow mustard- 3/4 cup dill relish- 2 small cans sliced olives, drained (approx 2/3 cup)- 1/2 tsp salt- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Peel and dice potatoes,. add to boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Boil eggs and cool, then dice. Add all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least a half hour prior to serving.

Serving Size: makes 6 approx 1.5 cup servings
