Twana's Shepard Pie

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beefonion(optional)peas & carrots frozen4 cups of potatoes2 cups of low fat cheesemayo(optional)butter light(optional)
Directions
Boil potatoes, mash , add mayo,butter and seasoning and stir. Set aside. Brown beef and onion with seasoning. While beef is browning cook your peas and carrots. Spray a glass baking dish with Pam. Layer beef then veggies,potatoes and cheese on top. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
You can use whatever seasonings you desire. I usually use a beef boullion on my beef and garlic on my potatoes.
