12 low fat graham crackers crushed 1/4 cup I can't believe its not butter fat free melted 1) 8oz package light cream cheese at room temp. 1 cup powdered sugar 2cups fz low fat coolwhip at room temp 1 can cherry pie filling 2cups fz lowfat fz coolwhip at room temp 1 crushed graham cracker
Makes 10 3/4-cup servings. You will need 1-13x9 inch cakepan. First crush 12 graham crackers in a med. bowl,add melted butter mix well.Now press the mix in to the bottom of the cake pan and Set in fridge.Then in a med. bowl blend the cream cheese on med.speed for 1min.Now add the powdered sugar and 2 cups of coolwhip and blend med.speed for about 3min.Spread over crust.Then set back in fridge. Wait 15min. Now little by little spread the pie filling on top.Next top off with 2 cups of coolwhip.Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.Then set back in the fridge until you are ready to serve. ENJOY!
