3.5 cups lukewarm water6.5 cups flour1 tablespoon yeast1 tablespoon kosher salt
Mix all ingredients and let rise for 2 hours or more. Divide into 4 pieces and create loaves with each piece -- additional flour will be needed to help work the dough due to stickiness. Slash tops of loaves with a knife and let loaves rise another 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 450. Bake bread for approx. 20 minutes. Place dish of water in the oven during baking for a crispier crust.
