3 TBS Flour, whole grain3 TBS Margarine butter blend, 60% corn oil margarine and 40% butter1/2 C Milk, 2%3/4 C Campbell's low sodium chicken broth
Butter and flour into small saucepan, melt butter and wisk together until you get a rue. Add milk and then broth. Wisk until thickened.
