1 pound 93% lean ground beef - browned1 cup diced onion3 cloves chopped garlic4 diced potatoes (about 1 pound)1.5 beef bullion powder plus enough water to float the poatatoes

brown ground beef with onion and garlic. add remaining ingredients cook until potatoe are done
