Wisconsin Whopper Cookies

Ingredients
n a large bowl or mixer cream: ½ cup butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tsp.vanilla, 2 ½ tsp. baking soda Add the following and stir in well: 1 (18 oz) jar chunk style peanut butter, 6 cups rolled oats,3/4 cup peanuts & 3/4 cup raisins, 1 cup chocolate chips Drop by tablespoon size scoops (or larger ones for biggercookies) on un-greased baking sheets. Bake at 350* for 10-12minuets or till slightly golden. After about one minuet out ofthe oven, remove to cooling racks to cool completely. Makesabout three dozen small or two dozen large cookies. [I got 60 cookies which decreases the calories and fat] Thesecookies store best in the freezer if not eaten immediately!

    Wow ~ these are TOO good! (to stop at ONE, that is) Thanks for sharing the recipe. I only had creamy pb, so I put a whole cup of leftover party peanuts (chopped) about a cup of the choc. chips and about a 1/2 cup of butterscotch chips ~ so yummy, and it made 72 servings. 11 min. was perfect!
