Post Workout Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 avocado1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (calorie content will vary based on the type you use, I use Dymatize XT)1/3 medium banana1/4 tsp vanilla extract1 packet Purevia 1 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened almond milk5 ice cubes
Directions
Put almond milk, protein powder, and ice cubes in blender and mix for a s few seconds, breaking up the ice. Then add remaining ingredients and blend to desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes 1 smoothie (about 12 oz)
