Change of Heart Cold Sesame Noodles with Grilled Tofu and Veggies

Ingredients
12 oz whole wheat linguini14 oz extra firm tofu1/2 cup sliced red pepper1 c broccoli florets1/2 c shredded carrots1 c shelled edamame1/2 sliced scallions2 T chopped cilantro1 head shredded Napa cabbageSesame Dressing1 c toasted sesame oil1/2 c low sodium soy sauce1/4 cup rice wine vinegar1 T minced garlic1 T minced ginger1 T crushed red pepper1/4 honey
Directions
Cook linguini according to package directions, rinse with cold water. Add grilled tofu and vegetables except cabbage
Toss with sesme dressing and serve over cabbage. Garnish with black and white sesame seeds.

Dressing. Toss all ingredients together
