Banana Nut Bread Pancakes

Egg, fresh, 2 large Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 2 cupBaking Powder, 1tbsBanana, fresh, 3 medium slicedWalnuts, 1 cup choppedVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oiled griddle to med high. Beat egg and milk, add flour and baking powder and mix well. Slice bananas and add to bowl. Mix in walnuts. Add 1/4 cup of mix at a time to pan, flip when brown. Makes 16 servings
