Chicken Tortilla Casserole

1 can 98% fat free chicken soup1 small can chopped green chilies1 cup light sour cream1/2 cup skim milk1 1/2 t. chili powder1/2 t. cumin2 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast2 oz. baked tortilla chips1 cup tomatoes (optional)]1 1/2 cups Mexican cheese, shredded
NOTE: Cumin should be ground rather than seeds. Ground cumin was not available in the ingredfients list.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir first 6 ingredients until well blended. Stir in chicken, chips and tomato. Add 1 cup cheese. Spread in pan.
Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over top. Bake 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes.
