Bean & Spinach & Garlic Dip/Spread/Sauce/Dressing

Ingredients
1 can Beans, great northern DRAINED - reserve fluid1 c. Spinach, fresh1 clove Garlic
Directions
Throw everything in the VitaMix. Blend until smooth.

If needed, add back fluid -- one Tb at a time until the right consistency for your needs.

Use as:
DIP for veggies
SPREAD for bread
SAUCE for pasta and/or cooked grains
DRESSING for salad

It's all YUMMY, easy and so good for us.
