Ramen Noodle Cole Slaw

2 bags 3 color coleslaw mix2 packages ramen noodles3 tbs olive oil6 tbs cider vinegar3 tbs sugar1/4 tsp black pepper2 tbs soy sauceseasoning packets from ramen noodles.
Mix together olive oil, cider vinegar, sugar, pepper, soy sauce and seasoning packets until sugar is dissolved.
Break up ramen noodles into bite sized pieces.
Mix ramen noodles and coleslaw mix together in a large bowl.
Add dressing and serve immediately or put into the refridgerator to let flavors develop.
Makes 10 servings about 1 1/2 cups each when first made and about 1 cup each after it sets and the cabbage wilts.
