No egg banana muffins

Ingredients
3 mashed bananas3 Tablespoons sugar1/2 cup of walnuts3 teaspoons canola oil2 teaspoons vanilla1 Tablespoon rice vinegar1 teaspoon baking soda1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup plain minute oatmeal
Directions
Mix your wet ingredients and then add in the mixture of baking soda and vinegar and the walnuts
Mix dry ingredients together
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
Put batter into a lightly oiled or nonstick muffin pan
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean
