Sausage Potato Casserole

Ingredients
1 roll of sausage3 cups thin sliced potatoes3/4 cup milk1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 tbsp black pepper2 cans cream of mushroom soup8 oz shredded cheddar
Directions
preheat oven to 350
brown & drain sausage
mix together milk, soup, onion, & pepper
In casserole dish, layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage 2 times.
Cover and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.
Remove cover and top with cheese, return to oven just until cheese melts.
