Wilted spinach with feta

Ingredients
2 slices bacon2-3 green onions4-6 fresh mushrooms, sliced3-4 cups fresh spinach1 tsp sugar1 tsp cider vinegar4 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Fry bacon in medium frying pan; remove from pan and crumble. Sautee onions and mushrooms in bacon fat until soft. Return bacon to pan. Sprinkle in sugar and vinegar and mix a minute or two until fragrant. Add spinach just prior to serving; toss until spinach is just warm and shrunken. Salt and pepper to taste; serve immediately.
