Ingredients
*Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 1 lb Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Chop onions and mushrooms. Put in skillet with pork chops and olive oil. Flipping often until pork chops are white in middle. Add salt and pepper to taste.
