Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
40 grams of white flour200 ml of milk (1% fat)1 dash of salt20 grams of granulated sugar2 eggs125 grams of apples2 teaspoons of cinnamon2 teaspoons of canola oil
Directions
- whisk the flour with the milk, salt and sugar. let the mix rest for 30 minutes
- meanwhile: wash and peel the apples, cut them up small and spice the pieces with the cinnamon

- when the dough is finished resting mix in the eggs. dough should have a creamy consistency by now. if it's too thick add some water
- mix in the apple bits

- grease a coated frying pan with a small amount of oil
- use a scoop to measure serving sizes (6)
- bake pancakes

- tastes great with apple sauce or jelly
