beef stroginoff

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 16 ozOnions, raw, 1 large\Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slicesGarlic, 4 clove *beef bouillion cube, Tones, 2 serving Water, tap, 1.3 cup (8 fl oz) *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .1875 cup*Tillamook Lite Sour Cream, 16 tbsp *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Dice onion and mushrooms and place in frying pan with EVOO.
remove once soft.
Fry hamberger (or sub with deer meat for better nutrition)
once brown remove grease.
make boiullion with 1.3 cups water and 2 cubes Reseve 1/3 c broth and add remainder to beef.
simmer covered for 15 minutes.
While this is cooking you can make rice or egg noodles to go with it.
once absorbed, add mushrooms and onions
Mix remaining 1/3 c broth with flour and add to beef mix. Let cook 1 minute, remove from heat and add sour cream.

Serving Size: on top of egg noodles it is maybe 2 large spoon full
