Ingredients
‎2 Chicken Breasts w/ fat trimmed off1/2 C apricot preserves (sugar free)1/4 C Marmalade (sugar free)1 Tbsp chopped garlic1 Tbsp ginger...2 Tbsp soy sauce1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste1 Tbsp lemon juice1 tsp balsamic vinegar2 Tbsp Brown Sugar1 Tbsp dry chives1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender (I used my magic bullet)
Place Chicken in Baking Dish Cover with Mix
Baked at 350 for 45 min
