Sundried tomato and goat cheese pasta

Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti4 tbsp olive oil1/2 c onion2 t minced garlic1.5 oz sundried tomatoes1/4 c tomato paste2/3 c vegetable broth2 oz goat cheesebasil to taste
Directions
Cook 8 oz spaghetti

Meanwhile, over medium heat sautee onion in olive oil unti tender. Add garlic and sautee for 1 mintue. Add basil, vegetable broth, tomato paste and sundried tomatoes. Reduce by half. Add cooked spaghetti and toss (add some reserved cooking liquid if it's too dry) and toss to coat. Mix in goat cheese until melted. Serve warm.
