shrimp fried rice

Ingredients
* White Rice, short grain, 2 cup (remove) * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove) * *(Condiment) Heinz Ketchup, 6 tbsp (remove) * Shrimp, cooked, 15 large (remove)
Directions
Cook rice night before and set aside in the fridge. scramble eggs, set aside. saute onions until transparent, then add carrots and meat. cook for a few minutes. add rice and eggs, cook until heated through. add ketchup and heat the rest of the way. and serve.
