*Mung Bean, 0.75 cup (remove)*Urad Whole (Black Mapte Beans .5 cup dry), 0.5 cup (remove)*channa dal, 0.25 cup (remove)*Indian Toor dal (pigeon peas), 8 oz, .6 serving (remove)*Beans - Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas), 100 gram (remove)*Red Chillies (1 chillie), 2 serving (remove)*salt, Hain* sea salt, 2 tsp (remove)Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)
Soak the mong and black urad separately for 6-8 hrs and the garbanzo for the same amount of time in enough water.
Soak the rest for 2-3 hrs. grind with the salt, ginger and chillies. and add water to make a batter.
In a hot girdle, pour about a third of a cup of batter and roll out like a think crepe, add a couple of drops of oil and let cook.
Turn over and let cook and remove when done.
Serving Size: makes 12 -14, 1/4 cup batter for each serving.
