Protein Banana Break

Ingredients
3 bananas8 egg whites1/2 cup sugar ( add stevia to add additional sweetness)1 cup Spelt1.2 cup melted margine1 cup wheat branadded a little extra white flour until consistency was good. 1 cup Muscle Milk (or any protein drink)1 teaspoon baking powder1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon instant jello pudding mix1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Serving Size: Makes 20 1 inch pieces

mix it all together.
Poor into bread pan or muffin tins
bake for hour or so.... toothpick test it
