Creamy Cheesey Tomato Soup Ingredients: 30 ounces Chicken broth 28 ounces Crushed tomatoes 1 cup of heavy cream or half & half 5 bay leaves (chopped for garnish) 1 small block of velveeta cheese (the smallest) salt and pepper
Combine your chicken broth and crushed tomatoes in a sauce pan on moderate heat until boil. Once begin to boil add heavy cream, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Dash with salt and pepper adding bay leaves and cheese....stirring occasionally until cheese melts on low heat. Pour mix into blender and puree. Return to pot for warmth and serve.
